About Dewkett Engineering, P.C. Dewkett Engineering (DE) is a multi-disciplined civil and structural engineering firm based in historic Rhinebeck, New York. Centrally located in the heart of the Hudson River Valley, Dewkett Engineering has been providing civil engineering services for over fifteen years. Our firm currently has Professional Engineers licensed in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut. Dewkett Engineering works for government agencies as well as the commercial and private sector, in the capacity of both Prime and Subconsultant. Dewkett Engineering is a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) certified by the New York State Department of Transportation, and a Women-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) certified by the Governor's Office of Minority and Women's Business Development. Our commitment is to provide our clients with the highest standard of professional services and management expertise. We offer innovative, efficient and cost effective approaches to projects and our effective team work has resulted in the tremendous growth of our firm. Dewkett Engineering owns and operates a personal computer based Computer Aided Design and Drafting (CADD) system. The firm uses MicroStation/J with Inroads and AutoCAD Release 2000i. These systems will allow immediate coordination with all of our team members. We also utilize a wide variety of engineering software such as STAAD, AutoCAD Land Development Desktop with Civil Design Tools, TR-20, HEC-RAS, GUIDSIGN, and many HAESTEAD Methods programs. Overall, our goal is to meet the needs of our clients, whether a governmental agency, municipality, or a private individual, we have the staffing, experience and knowledge to quickly and efficiently complete any civil engineering project.
